The four defendants accused of murder in the Nov. 9, 2008, death of 26-year-old Jonathon Chad Hargrove have all made plea agreements.
Joshua Daniel Suyak of Columbia, who was charged with first degree murder, aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery, pleaded guilty to second degree murder yesterday (Monday) before Circuit Court Judge Robert Jones. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison and is to serve 100 percent of that sentence.
Deputy District Attorney Larry Nickell said the charges of aggravated burglary and attempted aggravated robbery were dropped as part of the plea agreement.
